I am nothing short of a-m-a-z-i-n-g in this video (insert sarcastic eye roll here) but at least I got Kyler singing in it for your viewing pleasure! He is so into his songs lately and I'm sure his little concerts won't last forever (they are SO adorable!)..

also, we are under contract with another house. It could be a long waiting process so we will need to be patient over the next 60 days. After May 15th, we are able to walk away if we haven't heard from the bank yet. They could still deny the price we came in at, too. So, nothing is for sure with this one but we learned a lot with the last house.

Quick basics with this new place: It is only 1-2 blocks away from the other place.

4 BR, 2 BA, 2 car attached garage, 1868 square feet, privacy-fenced back yard w/ deck, across the street from a park. Very nice and move in ready. We'll be excited to call it home if it happens :-)
