We had a great time at Uncle Matt & Auntie Cally's wedding last wknd!

It was a beautiful event at Sherwood Tavern. Lots of memories, that's for sure!

As Nora is getting older, her and Kyler have been playing together a lot more. Sometimes, Kyler gets a little too rough, but Nora's a pretty tough lady and it usually doesn't even phase her! Not yet at least!

The only negative I've seen is that Kyler seems to think that grunting, yelling, screaming and weird animalistic noises is a great way to communicate (I call it "baby language")... so, we've decided to enroll him in pre-school this fall.

Starting in September, he will have: ECFE, swimming lessons & pre-school one day/week. Geese! Let the scheduling craziness begin!

Independence Day at the cabin

I haven't posted in quite some time... as always, the summer has been busy!

The kids and I spent two weeks in Brainerd at the beginning of July and I didn't even bring my camera.... geesh.
The first week we were there, we just hung out. The second week, my Aunt Angie, Uncle Gary and cousins Brook & Becky came with their families. It was so nice to catch up - they had a great cabin only a few down from my parent's. A great time! It was kicked off by Whitney's FIRST b-day party. Then it ended (for Chris and the kids and I, at least) on July 4th. We beat the traffic back down to the rat race.
